The new Unthunk album, entitled Plumb Abysm, is scheduled for release on May 10, following a reveal/listening party for the musicians and their influencers on May 8.

The album takes the point of view of characters Delver and Amanda, with a cameo appearance by Ray, tracing a version of the classic boy-meets-girl storyline. Maria Alejandra Velasquez Restrepo interprets all three individuals.
