We have finished 3 of 12 pieces, with others in various states of completion.

One new piece just got added to the track list. It is a medieval ballade, by a disciple of Machaut. It originated as an instrumental piece for Graham Ritchie’s production of Midsummer Nights Dream, but I thought it would be something Amanda (character that runs through the album) could sing. Its a first attempt at writing a ballade, either as music or poetry, and has kindled a fresh fascination with Machaut.
